About Ruby

Hi, I'm Ruby! ��%90%BE I'm a 2-3-year-old girl weighing about 35 pounds, making me the perfect size for just about any adventure. Whether we're heading out for a walk or curling up on the couch, I'm happy just being part of the family. I came to the rescue from an overcrowded shelter where I was scheduled to be euthanized simply because they ran out of space. Thankfully, I was given a second chance, and I've wasted no time making the most of it. One of my favorite things is carrying a toy around wherever I go-it just makes me happy! I'm also great with other dogs. I like a few minutes to get acquainted, but once I know we're friends, I'm always ready to play. My friends at the rescue think I'm likely housebroken, and they've been impressed with how quickly I've settled into rescue life. We're still learning a few things about me, like how I feel about cats and other animals, but so far I've been an easygoing, adaptable girl who is ready for a forever home of my own.
