About Ozzy

Ozzy is a handsome 1-year-old Alaskan Husky mix with a big heart and lots of energy! Like many Huskies, he loves to stay active and is looking for a family that can keep up with his adventurous spirit. At just a year old, Ozzy is still very much a puppy. He's continuing to learn his manners and will need a family with patience, consistency, and a sense of humor as he grows into the amazing dog he's meant to be. Ozzy has been selective with his canine friends, so any introductions to other dogs should be done carefully. He can also be a bit mouthy when he's excited, so a home with older children would likely be the best fit. We aren't entirely sure what other breed(s) make up Ozzy's wonderful genetic soup! Since he's on the smaller side for an Alaskan Husky, we think he may have some Spitz-type breed or perhaps even a little Pomsky in the mix-but that's just our best guess. Like many Huskies, Ozzy is very high energy and would thrive with an active family or one with a securely fenced yard where he can safely burn off some of that puppy energy. His beautiful fluffy coat will need regular brushing to keep it looking its best.
