About Abby

Meet Abby! She is 6 years old, a little over 70 pounds, microchipped, & spayed. Abby is a loving, playful, & intelligent dog. She enjoys playing tug-of-war, sunbathing before her afternoon nap, & patrolling the ground for crumbs after dinner. Abby is a devoted pet to anyone in the home who shows her love. Whether through treats, quality time spent playing, words of affirmation, or belly rubs, Abby is a big fan of all the love languages! In return, Abby will be the most loyal best friend, playmate, and companion. Adopted by her last owner in 2019, Abby can be shy when meeting new people at first. However, she responds very well to positive reinforcement & training. An adopter with any dog-training experience, or simply with patience and a willingness to try training techniques, would help her excel in areas where she currently has some room to grow. Abby has lived with other dogs and infants before; however, her comfort level with young children and cats is unknown.
