About Lucky

Lucky is a 3-year-old, 73 lb neutered German Shepherd/Husky mix with the sweetest personality. He's amazing with other dogs (and even helps keep the peace in playgroups!), wonderful with people and kids, house trained, crate trained, great on a leash, calm in the car, and one big affectionate goofball. Lucky previously lived in a home with young children and was surrendered when his family had to move. His favorite thing in the world is simply being with his people. Whether he's relaxing on the couch, hanging out in the backyard, or joining you on daily adventures, Lucky just wants to be included. He's known for his playful barks and sweet little howls that seem to say, 'What's next?' Most of all, Lucky is a gentle giant who wants love and will give it back tenfold.
