She is spayed and crate trained and microchipped. Sybil is a very petite girl, she weighs under 10 pounds. Sybil is best suited to a quieter home. She wants to be a lap dog. She will be very devoted to her owner and will always want to be close. She is a 15 year commitment. Her new adopter needs to be able to be there with her until the end of her life. Sybil is house trained and has great house manners. Her new owner will need to be kind and patient and willing to understand that she has gone through a fair amount of trauma and fear in her life. More than anything in the world she just wants someone to be kind and patient. Sybil must have a securely fenced yard�'�|no electronic fencing, no wrought iron unless it is securely screened. Sybil requires a home with no kiddos, no cats and no other female dogs. Sybil is not a Russell Rescue dog. Russell Rescue is only assisting with placement/networking.
