Easel is such a great example of resilience. He recently had his leg amputated, and it does not slow him down a bit! Easel is a happy, sweet, smart, goofball. He LOVES other dogs, toys, and attention. He runs easily, flies up and down the stairs, and has no trouble hopping up on the couch with you to cuddle. He wrestles and chases his foster dog siblings, and if there is a tennis ball in the same zip code, he will find it! He is not super treat motivated, but is driven by attention and love, so training is easy. He is already potty and crate trained, and knows sit. He loves people and settles easily in the house. We have adored getting to know him and watching his unwavering good mood, despite the challenges of his surgery. He is now fully recovered and ready to find his forever home. He is truly a gem and brings nonstop laughs and smiles. He is full of good energy and is the perfect mix of playful and lazy! He is heartworm positive, but has already started treatment and has a sponsorship for $600 toward his treatment. Please do not let this deter you, as it is not contagious and is completely treatable. We will happily talk you through the treatment process. We can promise you he is worth it!
