This handsome boy named Mulligan has spent the last whole year of his life in a shelter. Shelter staff has tried to keep his spirits up, but sadly he is loosing hope. Mulligan is 2 5 yrs old, vaccinated abs neutered. All he needs is a great family. He is active and can play rough so we recommend no small kids and if you have a dog, they should be tolerant of rough and rowdy play. This may calm down once he gets out of the shelter.
