About Maggie

I am seeking rescue for a stray great dane/lab mix i picked up in greenup county ky approx 2 weeks ago. I had seen a heartbreaking video of her walking down a rural road and spent 6 hours out there determined not to leave without her. Now that she is safe she needs rescue or a home and I am honestly trying to find either. I learned from Facebook she is about 18 months old, and has been in multiple homes...im unsure why. The one person I talked to that used to own her said she was destructive. I keep her in a 10x10 kennel in my garage so I cant really say what she would do if free roaming in a home. She does enjoy a good chew toy. She is very sweet. They also said she wasnt aggressive at all with anyone or anything. I have not had her around my personal dogs but she was very good at the vet and has been good with me and my 3 adult sons. She is currently being treated for Lyme disease. I plan to get her scheduled to be spayed (def if she went to a private home).
