About Yana

Meet Yana About 2.5 years old and around 60 lbs of pure love. Yana was found wandering the streets of Montenegro alone. The saddest part? It was immediately obvious that she once belonged to someone. She is too gentle, too trusting, too loving to have grown up on the streets. We will probably never know her full story... but sadly, in Montenegro this happens far too often. Puppies are cute, tiny, and fun - until they grow up. And when the puppy stage is over, many dogs are simply thrown away like they no longer matter. We believe that may have been Yanas story too. But when we saw her sweet face and those open, hopeful eyes asking people for kindness, we simply could not walk past her. So Yana became part of our Pet-a-tet family. And despite everything, she still loves people. She is: Extremely kind and affectionate Friendly and social Gentle soul with a loving personality The type of dog who just wants to be near her humans Yana is currently living at our Pet-a-tet shelter in Montenegro, but more than anything she dreams about finally having her own family again - this time forever.
