COOPER is a sweet, submissive yellow Lab mix, around 5 months old and about 40 lbs. He's a clunky,�%A0 puppy who's clearly growing into a large, goofy, lovable dog. He is a loving and affectionate boy.�%A0He loves people, enjoys exploring, and has that classic friendly Lab temperament. He's smart, food�'��motivated, and eager to please. He is housebroken. He will go to the door, and loves to go outside. He is good on a leash. We really can't say enough about this wonderful lab.�%A0 ADOPTION CRITERIA Fenced�'��in backyard is required for all puppies. An adult who is home during the day and able to devote consistent time to a puppy. No crating for puppies - use a puppy pen or baby gate for safe confinement. Puppy is up to date on vaccines and microchipped. Puppy will not be neutered before adoption. Adopter will sign a spay/neuter agreement and may qualify for a $100 spay/neuter rebate once the procedure is completed.
