Meet Frank! Frank is an adorable 11-week-old little guy with a heart as big as his puppy-dog eyes! This handsome boy is sweet, playful, and always ready for his next adventure. He loves spending time outdoors, romping around with his foster siblings, and then settling in for plenty of cuddles. Frank is wonderful with kids, dogs, and cats, making him an easy addition to just about any family.
