About Bubs

Bubs is a 12 year old chihuahua. His owner unfortunately passed and we are looking for a patient, experienced home for a dog who deserves someone willing to understand his unique needs. He is reactive to touch, particularly unexpected handling or physical restraint. Because of this, he needs someone who understands canine body language and is committed to using positive reinforcement and giving him space when he needs it. He is not a dog who enjoys petting or cuddling, and his boundaries must be respected. In the right home, he has the potential to thrive. If you think you may be a good fit, please reach out with information about your home, experience with dogs, and the type of lifestyle you can offer. My priority is finding the safest and most appropriate forever home for him.
