Loka is an energetic and loving dog. Because of her past she is fear reactive and needs heavy sedation for most vet visits. Once she feels safe and comfortable with you she is one of the most cuddliest dogs in the world. She needs someone who is understanding of her special needs, who has space for her to run and play, someone who has the energy for her, and someone who wants to cuddle.
