About Book

Book is a velvcro dog with a preference for a female handler. He responds well to men after he builds trust. He gets along with most dogs but shows some fear behavior with dominant males. He is house and crate trained. He currently sleeps in his crate but would love to snuggle at your feet. He has done well with older children but has not been tested around young kids. He alerts to strange people or vehicles on the property. He has good recall. He'd like an active home (daily walks or running partner) but does great settling at his humans feet. He is currently in a large pack and would like more personal attention decrease his stress. He'd prefer to be an only dog or have a female companion.
