About POPPY AND SONIC

For anyone looking for a bonded pair you cannot go wrong with these two!! (Sonic/male and Poppy/female) Poppy now seems to be the more confident one. She's very sweet and loves being around her humans. Neither likes or does well in a crate but they also don't have any destructive behaviors. Poppy is potty trained and goes to the door to be let out. She needs to meet new people slowly but will warm up. They are 5-6 years old and weigh 10-13 lbs. Sonic is a loving sweet boy and takes a little longer to warm up. He's cautious and shy in the beginning and will bark at strangers he doesn't know at first. He loves to be outside and explore his surroundings. He will come and ask for pets and affection and enjoys being held. Sonic is potty trained and goes to the door to be let outside. They are altered, current on vaccines and microchipped. Both dogs do bark at the resident cats and would probably chase them if able to. They have been just fine and friendly around my dogs. Neither walks well on a leash so an adopter would need to work on that which would require someone with some patience. They would be a great companion dogs for someone home the majority of the time as they love being around their person(s).
