About White tail deer

A couple gentlemen found this baby by her dead mamma who had been hit by a car. Allegedly they had her for a few weeks and then decided they couldn't keep her in their apartment. Very frustrating. Anyway long story short I ended up with her yesterday evening. I'm worried she bonded with this person who had her. I don't have a license to rescue or have the knowledge to raise a baby dear. I would do it in a heart beat but just not sure what I should do. Please any help or information would be appreciated
