I arrived with my brother Garbanzo to Homeward Bound Pets terrified, someone abandoned me and my brother under a bridge, we were both so scared and to make things worse lots of people kept trying to catch us, scaring us onto the highway, while all of this was happening a very nice woman named Cynthia who has been trapping dogs for years, was trying to earn our trust, for weeks she came out and visited us, setting traps with food, but those other humans kept scaring us away, eventually through patience and an understanding of a scared dogs nature, she caught my brother and then a few days later she got me. HBPets started the slow process of getting us to trust them, we were scared but so sweet from the beginning, we learned that walking on a leash isn't that scary. I love other dogs and would thrive in a home with a confident dog, I have met a few, small children are still pretty scary. I do need a fenced backyard while I get used to my new home. The says I am a tripping hazard, I get right under your feet and I have very sensitive feelings, so if I get scared, I hide. My adoption fee is $375
