Blueberry Needs a Foster or Adopter by July 11 to Secure His Ride to Wisconsin Blueberry is currently at a high-intake shelter in Georgia and needs a foster or adopter to secure his spot on transport to Cedarburg, WI with Mutt Life Dog Rescue on Saturday, July 11. A committed home is required for him to make the trip, and we're hoping someone will give this sweet boy the fresh start he deserves. Meet Blueberry! Blueberry is an adorable Lab/Pit Bull mix who was surrendered locally to the shelter through no fault of his own. This happy-go-lucky boy is truly just one big puppy with a heart full of love. He has an easygoing, gentle personality and is always ready to make new friends. Blueberry absolutely loves other dogs and had a blast playing with his canine buddies during shelter playgroups. He has the cutest happy bounce when he runs around, loves to roll and play, and is guaranteed to make you smile with his silly personality. When playtime is over, he's just as happy leaning in for hugs and soaking up affection from his people. Despite his size, Blueberry is incredibly well-mannered. He doesn't jump up, sits politely, walks nicely on a leash, and keeps his kennel clean. At around 50 pounds, he's a solid, cuddly boy with a gentle heart and a wonderful temperament that would make him a fantastic companion for many different families.
