X URGENT- SWEET CHOW BOY (CURRENTLY SHAVED) AT FULL SHELTER LANCASTER, CA (SO CAL) - ID #A5786390 'RUSTY' - LA COUNTY SHELTER/LANCASTER - APPROX 67 LB, 5 YR CHOW - IN URGENT NEED OF A GOOD HOME OR FOSTER AND RESCUE, OR THIS POOR BOY MAY BE EUTHANIZED SOON FOR SPACE We are in urgent need of finding a loving, forever home, or foster and rescue for this very sweet, friendly and adorable boy. He was brought into the shelter shaved, by someone who said they found him, but his owner has yet to show sadly. We have fondly named him Rusty and the shelter estimates he is only 5 years old. While shaved and with some thinning fur and alopecia, it makes him look likely older than he is. We have many videos of him showing what a sweet boy he is. The shelter is recommending that he be taken to a vet if adopted, for follow up. Unfortunately, Rusty is an already full shelter with the 4th of July week ahead when shelters have to euthanize many for space. He is expected to be on the euthanasia list soon, and adoptable with a medical waiver to follow up.
