About Gretel

Hi, I'm Gretel! I'm a 2-year-old sweetheart who is looking for a fresh start and a family to call my own. Right now, I weigh about 50 pounds, but I came into rescue a little underweight and will likely fill out closer to 55-60 pounds. While my past is mostly a mystery, we do know that I've had at least one litter of puppies. When Animal Control picked me up, I was still producing milk, so it's clear I've spent some time caring for others. Now it's my turn to be cared for. So far, everyone describes me as a really sweet, well-behaved girl. I'm dog-friendly, enjoy being around people, and have been making a great impression since arriving at the rescue.
