About Avery

Avery is an intelligent, loving mini Aussie who is fiercely loyal to her people. Avery is crazy smart, but beyond that, she has a beautiful soul. You can see, looking into her eyes, that there's a lot going on in there. She's a bit big for a lap dog but that has never stopped her... she likes to jump up into my lap and give me a 'hug,' which is a trick I taught her. She will also sometimes press her forehead against me and just hold it there, a very genuine display of affection. She is such a love. Above all, Avery loves to please her humans. Performing tricks for treats and smiles makes her very happy. (She knows how to sit, high five, shake, stay, and spin). Feeling like she has a 'job' to do is so important to her, so we often tell her to 'watch the house' whenever we leave. Her favorite activity of all time is going for a ride in the car! She loves to hang her head out of the window and watch the scenery. Seeking an experienced Aussie owner with a dominant/alpha/leader personality!
