4.5 yr old purebred male dutch shepherd.Jaeger needs to be with very patient and loving people who have a big yard, with plenty of room to roam and exercise and play with his ball. He is very ocd and addicted to his ball.. any kind of ball does not matter. Do not reach out if you live in apartment. Prefer to be able to visit him from time to time. We love him very much, however, can no longer keep him as lives are changing it now. Jaeger is very protective of his environment. He does not open up easily to strangers, unless they are throwing him a ball. Thats 100%. If there is loud noises, yelling, even loud goofing around, he will go hide in a corner staring at the wall. He is very sensitive and needs someone who can devote alot of time to being patient, loving him and non stop ball play like nothing youve ever seen before. This is a sweet and great dog who will bite if provoked. The ball is his first love and can control any situation as long as he has access to it.That being said, he is very trainable due to the ball being his reward! He is great with other dogs, even males, unknown w/cats and has always been good with kids although he has not been around any in a long time.Experienced handler needed.
