About Ruby

Ruby is a sweet, purebred 3.5 month old blue heeler (Australian cattle dog). She is spayed, crate trained, and spends most of her time outdoors. She has a lot of wonderful qualities such as protective over her people and land, silly and fun-loving (especially where a ball is involved!), very attached to her owners, lots of energy for active lifestyles, and would do amazing at guarding livestock and/or herding cattle. Some challenges Ruby has had are being territorial with her crate, guarding her humans from other dogs and cats, and her energy level can be a lot for someone that does not have the lifestyle, energy, or amount of land for her to explore and get her energy out. This breed is exceptionally intelligent, but also tend to get into trouble when they do not have designated 'jobs' that they can accomplish on the day to day. Ruby with thrive in the right setting with lots of love and patience.
