About Blue

Meet Blue the boy with the most unforgettable eyes. Blue turns heads everywhere he goes with his striking icy blue eyes and unique scruffy look. At first glance, his intense gaze may make him look serious or intimidating, but once you meet him, youll quickly discover he is one of the sweetest, gentlest boys you could ever know. Behind those stunning eyes is a beautiful soul full of love. As for breed? Your guess is as good as ours! We believe Blue is some type of wire-haired terrier mix, possibly with Husky because of those gorgeous blue eyes, or maybe even a touch of Australian Shepard. Honestly, were just as intrigued as everyone else and plan to DNA test him soon. What we do know is that Blue is a young guy around 1 year old, possibly even younger. He currently weighs 30 lbs and is likely fully grown, though he may gain a few more pounds as he continues filling out. Blue is fully vetted, neutered, and healthy. He tested negative for heartworm and Lyme disease and is now ready for the next chapter of his life: finding a forever family to love him. Blue is the perfect medium-sized companion for an active family or individual. He would thrive with someone who enjoys adventures, whether that means long walks, hikes, outdoor activities, or fun weekend outings. He rides great in the car and happily jumps right in, always ready for the next adventure. Blue is wonderful with dogs of all sizes and does well with cats too. He also does well with kids, though we think a home with children 13+ would be best since he gets very excited when greeting people and is still learning polite manners. He is crate trained and sleeps quietly through the entire night. Blue is truly a special dog handsome, loving, adventurous, and ready to be someones best friend.
