About Louie

We got Louie back in September 2025 from an owner that stated he was spending too much time in a crate. He turned 4y/o on 1/3/2026. He is a funny dog that just wants to be loved. He would definitely benefit from a yard. We have one & he loves it. He does many commands. Sit, stay, down, paw, wait, get it, find it. He gives hugs. He sometimes doesn't know how big he is. He is about 48lbs & wants to crawl up on you. Does well walking on leash but has some leash reactivity to bikes & squirrels. He definitely wants to be with you at all times. He is crate trained & goes in there when no one is home. That command is 'let's go' & he goes right in the crate. Since we have gotten him, he just does not get along with everyone in the household. We thought it would get better but has not.
