This little one year old mix is sitting in a kill shelter all by himself. He is 25 pounds. Lord knows where he's been but we have vacinated him and he is waiting for rescue. Can anyone even foster him just to get him to safety? It's a holdiday week which is terrible when in a shelter. Let me know if you can help
