URGENT: 48 Hours Left to Save Max (12yo Fully Funded Senior - Euthanasia Alternative Needed) My name is Kenny, and I am begging for a miracle in the next 48 hours. I am facing the devastating reality of having to put my best friend of 12 years down this Tuesday because I have completely exhausted every rescue resource in my area and my current home setup is no longer viable with a newborn on the way. Max easily has 1 to 2 good years left. I am NOT looking for a free ride, and I am not abandoning him. I am fully prepared to make an immediate, substantial cash donation to a sanctuary, a fund, or a private family, plus continue to pay for food ands vaccines. Furthermore, I promise to handle the hard part myself when his natural time comes-I will take him to the vet and be there with him when it is truly his time to go. I just cannot bear to end his life early when he still has good time left. He has been my loyal indoor companion for 12 years. I recently married, we have another dog, and a newborn is on the way. Max has high anxiety and gets terrified when I am away. He warms up to a single person very quickly one-on-one, but he needs a quiet environment without a lot of foot traffic or other pets. He gets stressed during nail trims and is scared of loud noises. Health: 12 years old, generally healthy, though his hips are getting a bit weak and he has benign fatty lipomas.
