Meet Hazel - A Sweet 10-Year-Old Yorkie Mix Looking for a Loving Home Hazel is a gentle, 10-year-old Yorkie mix with a quiet, loving heart. She may be a little shy at first, but once she feels safe, her sweet and affectionate personality shines through. Hazel is in good health and came to us with her longtime companion, Luna, (who is also available for adoption) after their owner had to surrender them due to a move. Through no fault of her own, Hazel is now searching for a family to call her own. Having lived with another dog her entire life, Hazel truly thrives with canine companionship. She is the less confident of the two and looks to other dogs for comfort and reassurance. Because of this, Hazel needs a home with another friendly, confident dog who can help her feel secure and show her the ropes. Hazel has a calm, gentle nature and enjoys the simple things in life-quiet companionship, a cozy bed, leisurely walks, and being close to the people she trusts. She isn't demanding or overly energetic; she's simply looking for a patient family who will give her the time and love she needs to blossom.
