About Bandi

Bandi is 13. She is small in stature and weighed only 6.9 lbs. when vetted a month ago. She has no known health issues. She likes dry food and for the most part ignores wet food. We believe she lost some weight during the month she was alone, but she is a small kitty. Bandi has only lived with 2 adult men, and is an indoor cat only. She is very friendly, a talker and loves just to sit around and let the human of the moment give her pets. If she has not received enough petting she will chase you down. Other than the petting she is content to sit on the bed or watch out a window. I consider her a bronze hued tabby with a white chest and white bands on her feet. Unfortunately she lost one owner 3 years ago and the other is very elderly and in hospice care. We have been told by his care givers Bandi needs a new home sooner than we expected. I feel certain she would warm up to other domestic pets, and I know she will any kind human - she is very social. I consider only the fact that a busy unquiet household might be a problem. When I moved her from home to assisted living apartment she stayed under a desk about 45 minutes and then cautiously came out to explore. Bandi NEEDS a new person to love her or someone who can foster her until a permanent home is located. She will have her litter box and all the associated litter box needs, 2 small bags of food were purchased June 24, and she has a dining mat with a lovely set of water and food bowls, and her own transportation.
