About Diego

%BD%BD%90%BE Meet Diego! %BD%BD%90%BE Diego is a 14-month-old Australian Shepherd Heeler mix looking for a patient, loving home to call his own. %BD%9D%A4%BD%BD%8F Diego is a very sweet, shy boy. New people can be a little overwhelming at first, but if you have treats in your hand, he's definitely willing to come meet you! He may take some time to fully come out of his shell, but with patience and kindness, I believe he'll continue to blossom. He currently lives with other dogs, a cat, and children and does well with everyone. Compared to some of the other dogs in his home, Diego is definitely more of a calm and chill guy. %BD%BD Diego is heartworm negative and is scheduled to be neutered on September 28th. He will be fully vetted prior to adoption. One thing we are currently working on is a back leg issue. Diego walks a little differently, but thankfully, he does not appear to be in pain. At this time, we don't know whether the issue is coming from his back/hips or his knee. I am currently trying to raise funds to get Diego examined by a veterinarian and have the necessary X-rays done so we can determine exactly what's going on. Diego's owner is no longer able to keep all of the dogs, so I'm working to help find each of them safe placements while getting them fully vetted and ready for their next chapter. %BD%9D%A4%BD%BD%8F %BD%BD%90%BE Adoption Fee: $100 %BD%BD%BD%8D Located in Cleveland, Tennessee %BD%BDs%90 Transport is available to other states If you think Diego might be the perfect addition to your family and you're willing to give this shy boy the patience and love he needs to feel comfortable, please message me for more information or to apply to adopt Diego! %BD%BD%90%BE%BD%9D%A4%BD%BD%8F
