About Buttons

Meet Buttons! Age: Approximately 12 years old. Breed: shih tzu/poodle mix. Size: est 12lbs. Training: Crate and leash trained, doing well with house training. Good with dogs/cats? Yes to both. Good with kids/men/women? She can be a shy at first, but warms up to be affectionate and loyal! Personality: friendly and affectionate. Reason for rescue: her owner escaped an abusive relationship. It's obvious. Buttons had been neglected for a while. She was severely matted and had a flea infestation when she came in. She is spayed, heartworm negative, microchipped, and current on all vaccinations and preventatives. She also recently had a dental and lab work.she does have a mild heart murmur that doesn't require intervention at this time.
