About Tater Tot

Interested in Adopting? - Meet and greets are required for all resident dogs - Adoption application required - Applications are available on our facebook page: Peach County Animal Control -- Tater-tot is a mixed bag breed, and we have her labeled as 'Dachshund mix' to best convey her size. She is only 24lbs, and our smallest dog at the shelter not counting puppies. She is an absolute sweetheart, and is also a velcro dog. From the moment we brought her in, she was sitting between our feet or climbing onto our lap. This sweet girl needs a home with no livestock, but has shown great behavior and temperament with other dogs and cats, and even animals smaller than her. Chickens and her just are not friends. This little low rider is looking for a home that wants a slightly goofy companion who will follow them from room to room, but also has her moments of just laying in bed.
