Ms. Penny doesn't take to every dog she meets. She gets along with the small female resident dogs and toddler. She doesn't vibe with the large male resident dog. Who's to blame her though, she simply wants to choose her friends carefully and have her space respected. Pennywise is ready for a chill and loving family of her own.
