1-Year-Old Spayed Female Doberman Looking for an Experienced Home This is one of the hardest decisions I've ever had to make. Daphne is a beautiful, intelligent, affectionate Doberman born March 7, 2025. She is spayed, up to date on vaccines, and I have all of her veterinary records available. She is extremely smart, eager to learn, loves to cuddle, and bonds deeply with her people. She enjoys walks, training, and being involved in whatever you're doing. She has so much potential in the right home. Unfortunately, she has had two resource-guarding incidents involving my senior Yorkshire Terrier, both related to food or high-value items. Most recently, my Yorkie approached her while she had a bone, and she bit him. He is recovering, but after a lot of consideration, I don't feel I can safely manage a multi-dog household with her. Because of this, I am looking for an experienced home, preferably someone familiar with Dobermans, working breeds, or resource guarding behaviors. She may do best as an only dog or with an owner who has the experience and time to properly manage introductions and training. Medical history: %BD' Food allergies to sweet potato and peanut butter %BD' History of histiocytomas %BD' Occasional chin acne %BD' Previous vaginal infections I will be very selective about where she goes. Please do not contact me unless you are serious, prepared for the commitment of owning a young Doberman, and willing to provide references if requested. My goal is simply to find her the safe, loving, knowledgeable home she deserves.
