%90%BE Buck is%A0Looking for%A0His Perfect Home %90%BE Last October, I took Buck in as a stray and have spent the past several months getting him healthy, groomed, vaccinated, and ready for a fresh start. He is now looking for a home that can give him the lifestyle he truly deserves. Buck is an Australian Shepherd (possibly a mix) with all the intelligence, energy, and loyalty that come with the breed. He thrives when he has room to run, explore, and be active. Because of this, he is not a good fit for apartment or condo living. A yard is a must, and he does well with either a physical fence or an underground fence. A little about Buck: %90 Up-to-date on vaccinations %90 Knows basic commands and listens well %90 Loves car rides %90 Very intelligent and eager to please %90 Loves being outdoors and chasing birds %90 Does well with cats %90 Gets along with small dogs and other non-dominant dogs (he LOVES playing with our Golden) %90 Affectionate and loves attention (especially from men!) As a herding breed, Buck naturally wants to herd other dogs and may not be the best match for another strong, dominant (alpha) dog. I own a dog boarding business, and because there are constantly new dogs coming in and out of my home, it has become clear that this environment is not the ideal long-term fit for him. Buck deserves consistency, space, and a family that can meet the needs of a smart, active working breed. There is a rehoming fee, and I will be selective about placement to ensure he goes to a home that can provide the space, exercise, and environment he needs to thrive. If you think Buck might be a good fit for your family, please send me a message and tell me a little about your home, yard, and experience with active breeds. Located in Zeeland, MI Please share to help Buck find his perfect forever home. %9D%A4%8F
