About Cardamom

Cardamom has already proven she will do anything for the ones she loves. Before coming to rescue, she was kept outside year-round. During the bitter cold of winter, she gave birth to and raised three puppies outdoors. Somehow, thanks to her incredible devotion and survival instinct, all three puppies survived. | By the time she arrived here, every hair on her body was matted. Her coat was one solid tangle, so she had to be completely shaved to give her a fresh start. Her hair is still short right now, but it will grow back beautifully. | At around 3 years old, Cardamom is a sweet Shih Tzu who gets along wonderfully with other dogs and cats.
