Intake Date: 24 March 2026 ----- Age: Unknown (est. 2-3 yrs) ----- Breed: Clumber Spaniel ----- Weight: ~45 lbs ----- Status: Breeder Surrender ----- Compatible with: dogs, cats (slow intro), respectful children ----- Suitable for: home with a fenced yard ----- Medical/Behavioral Needs: vision impairment (pending evaluation), spay and eye exam upcoming, leash training in progress, undersocialized ----- Additional Notes: Meet Beesly - from our 'The Office' theme family. Beesly is the bouncy, silly girl of the group-and if we're being honest'| a total favorite (shhh, don't tell the others). She's 100% a walking accident in the most lovable way possible. With suspected vision impairment, possibly related to Horner's Syndrome, and little to no depth perception, Beesly navigates the world in her own unique style-which often includes walking into things, over ledges, and investigating everything up close. About Beesly: %90%BE Female %90%BE Breed: Clumber Spaniel %90%BE Weight: ~50 lbs %90%BE Age: Estimated 2-3 years %90%BE Silly, wiggly, and full of personality %90%BE Loves butt scratches and has started enjoying belly rubs %90%BE Vision impairment-everything must be investigated up close A rock? Must be smelled. A new object? Must be inspected immediately (and probably bumped into first). Beesly approaches life with curiosity, joy, and zero spatial awareness-and it makes her endlessly entertaining. She has been great with other dogs and has met cats cautiously. She has shown no outward aggression but will need slow, controlled introductions as cats are very new (and possibly confusing) to her. Grooming and her first bath were scary experiences, but she worked through them, and we continue to keep things as positive as possible for her. Leash training is'| a work in progress. Expect a mix of zig-zags, sudden stops, and enthusiastic spins around your legs as she figures it all out. Despite her start in a kennel environment, Beesly is already showing huge progress-accepting affection like belly rubs is a big step, and she continues to blossom more each day. Adoption Info: Beesly is looking for a patient, understanding home that can embrace her quirks, continue her training (has only been in the house since coming to rescue and it's a bit scary for her!), and help her safely navigate the world. We're unsure how she is with young children, as she's only been around older kids. As with any dog, supervision and teaching children to respect boundaries is key to preventing bites or other concerns. If you're ready for a joyful, wiggly, slightly chaotic companion who will keep you smiling every day, Beesly is ready to meet you! %90 '%90------------------------------------------------------- If interested in meeting and potentially adopting, please read the adoption requirements and complete the adoption application located at forbellessake.org. Once processed and approved, a meet and greet can be scheduled and if a match is found, adoption can be finalized at that time. FBS standard adoption fee is $175. All residents are spayed/neutered, vaccinated, dewormed, microchipped, and treated for any known medical needs. Housetraining is not guaranteed but crate training is worked on with all residents. A secure physically fenced yard is prioritized if a yard is present. Temperament cannot be and is not guaranteed.
