Due to unforeseen living circumstances with her owner, she needs her forever home. Abigail was found in her current owners yard as a kitten. He took her to the local vet and found she did not have a micro chip and appeared to be healthy. He loved on her and feed her and gave a good life until his circumstances changed and sadly he needs to rehome her. She is a quieter girl but still loving. Abby might enjoy a quiet home and would make a great reading buddy. She's still young and has her full life ahead of her though, so she is still playful and active once she feels comfortable. She's done well with other cats, and prefers to mind her business. She has not been introduced to dogs, and due to her shyer demeanor she might not do as well with them. I don't see her having any problems with kids, she's just a bit shy for a busy home. She'd likely do best in a predictable environment. She was relatively thin when she was found outside which leads us to believe she could have been abandoned, which might contribute to her weariness of new people and surroundings. Abbigail should be an indoor cat ONLY, to be able to peacefully live out the rest of her youth and life. Please only contact if you can provide her a safe indoor environment.
