About George

- URGENT: George needs a home - he can't stay in kennels much longer Meet George - an 9-year-old Boxer boy waiting for the person who will give him the chance he deserves. George is a true Boxer through and through: loving, loyal, affectionate, and happiest when he's with his humans. He loves his family, car rides, regular walks, food (a very important Boxer hobby!), and a good game of tug-of-war. But don't let the Boxer name fool you - George is more of a lounge lizard than an action hero! He's not an overly active boy and is happiest enjoying life at a comfortable pace, relaxing with his people and being part of the family. George needs to be the only dog in his home. He does not tolerate other dogs and is not suited to mingling, socialising, or sharing his space with other dogs. George is looking for a family who understands this and can give him the one-on-one attention, routine, and love he thrives on. George has been working with a trainer and is looking for someone who has the time, patience, and willingness to continue supporting him and helping him be the best version of himself. A quieter adult-only home would be ideal for George, where he can settle into a routine, receive plenty of love, and finally have the security of a home environment. George is currently in kennels in Adelaide, SA, and we urgently need to find his forever home or foster option so he can leave the kennel environment. Every Boxer deserves a place to call home.
