Blitz A762373 3 Year Old Male Cairn Terrier Frozen In Fear & Needing Rescue Blitz is a 3 year old male Cairn Terrier that was picked up by Animal Control Officers on 6/13/26 with the assistance of several neighborhood residents after hiding under a vehicle and unwilling to come out :( Blitz has still not come out of his shell at the shelter despite lots of efforts by staff & volunteers. Blitz barely moves in his kennel aside from shaking in fear, I don't think he's even blinked. Blitz needs a caring knowledgeable individual or rescue to help him get some more confidence and be a dog again. HI!
