Star is everything people say they want in a dog-she is dog friendly, loves everyone she meets, and has a calm, loving personality. She asks for very little, just a kind hand, a soft place to rest, and someone to love. As a devoted momma, Star has spent her time caring for others before herself. While her puppies receive attention and find homes, Star waits quietly in the background, hoping someone will notice her too. Sadly, momma dogs are often overlooked, even though they have so much love left to give. She didn't ask to end up homeless. She didn't ask to struggle. Yet through it all, Star remains sweet, gentle, and trusting. She greets everyone with kindness and never stops hoping that her turn will come. Star deserves more than a shelter kennel. She deserves a family who will choose her-not because she's a puppy, but because she's a wonderful dog with a heart full of unconditional love.
