URGENT AT DEVORE, CA, So Cal - SAN BERNARDINO COUNTY ANIMAL CARE - ID #A845036, a 1 yr old, 43 lb very friendly chow lab looking mix needing a good home. 'NOCHE ', an ADORABLE, YOUNG CHOW / LAB x GIRL, MAY SOON BE ADDED TO EUTHANASIA LIST. Now at risk. She can be adopted, but may need rescue, and most rescues need a foster or foster to adopt home to save!! Who can save her? Help! This dear young lady, estimated to be only 1 year old , was found as a stray and brought to high kill Devore shelter who makes half their dogs Rescue only due to minor reasons, and places them on a short deadline. Currently, the shelter has made her available to adopt, since she is quite friendly, but her status could easily change. She is only 43 lbs so she is also perfectly sized. We have nice video of her which shows her true beauty . They shelter told us about her good Behavior which is noted as: '6/9/26 Comes to front of cage in calm solicitous manner (loose relaxed body). Remains calm with relaxed body postures (low wagging tail, soft eyes). Dog moved closer/ made calm social contact. Dog solicited more interaction - calmly. 06/17/2026- Enrichment yard solo check in, social with handler, treat motivated and walks well on leash.' She also received pyrantel during intake as she did have some noted roundworms in her stools which should be cleared up with the medicine.
