Philly is a fun and loving little guy. He loves being with his people and is happiest when someone is home. He loves walks is a good companion. Afraid of small children and fairly skiddish. He is afraid of many noises and tools think his ideal home is with someone who is at home or not gone a lot. He has been dog aggressive so boarding him for trips has not been an option. He is a great little dog. I am moving and cannot take him with me heartbreakingly. Would love him to find his new best friend and family.
