About Cooper

Hi, I'm Cooper. I am a mix of Pit and other things that cause me to be ridiculously adorable, have the saddest puppy eyes, Olympic level athleticism, and be an all around perfect 'medium energy' dog. I love to play with both humans and dogs, go on walks and car rides, and have lots of fun, but am just as willing to settle down and do my own thing when it's time. I am seeking a yard-having human to love, snuggle, and follow around. I have a strong puppy skill set and am eager not only to get treats but also to please my humans. Thank you for considering my puppy resume! Someone taught me how to do all my doggy business outside. They say I've never had an 'accident' since I left the shelter. In Pittsburgh, I learned how to sit like a good boy and wait until I'm told it's ok to go again. I'm working on sitting for longer and longer before I get too excited and go find my foster mom. I am also getting REALLY good at coming when called. I am currently learning how to walk on a leash. This seems to be very important to my humans but I just don't understand why they won't walk faster! Don't they see that squirrel? Don't they want to sniff that telephone pole? I am also learning to how be ok in my crate. I go in like a good boy when I'm told, but sometimes I get nervous when I'm left alone in there and I cry sometimes. I love love love eating. Literally any food you give me. I will even take a pill without peanut butter. I just swallow it! Speaking of peanut butter, I love licking it off of and out of toys. Especially if it's frozen onto the toy. I am what foster mom calls her 'shadow' and like to Go everywhere with her. I am super skilled at cuddling up next to humans and dogs too! I haven't met anyone or any dog yet that I don't like��%BD'��%BD|. Even though my foster dog sister has mentioned not liking me too much. :( I continue to be the happiest and sweetest boy you will ever meet! My foster mom Says I am everything you could ever want in a dog. I hope she's right and that someone out there wants to love me forever.
