About Rue

This animal is available to licensed rescue groups only. Please do not enquire unless with a licensed rescue group. I am reaching out to your rescue in need of help with this pup. The owners are no longer wanting to keep him because of their life changes babies, jobs and no yard for him. His name is Rue. He is located in Baton Rouge, LA. My fear is that they will return him to the shelter after years where he will be euthanized. Owner surrenders are at the top of the list. On top of that he needs surgery for a torn ACL. He has needed the surgery for quite some time but the owners cannot fit it into their schedule. However, they are willing to donate the money to your rescue for the surgery. Sadly it is unfortunate for Rue. He is heartworm negative and on prevention, neutered and up to date on his shots.
