About Ellie

Ellie(10.5yrs) is a sweet and snuggly dog. She loves long hikes, belly rubs, and being close to her humans. We adopted her from a rescue as a puppy after she had been abused. She is quick to bark and full of personality. While she has done fine with other dogs at boarding or daycare, she occasionally has problems with smaller dogs especially. Ellie has been a wonderful dog, but we now have two small boys in our home and she gets anxious with their energy and sudden movements. After one accidentally jumped on her, she snapped at him and it has become clear we need to re-home her.
