He is very sweet . . He's been roaming for a month now. Has not went after my cats aggressively but may be unfamiliar with cats. I've not seen him around kids but accessing his mannerisms I think he would be great.I believe he was tied up outside 24/7.He's a happy boy too.Hes so loving and playful. He needs a foster immediately or home.He is non reactive to other dogs . Doesnt' even bark when I walk him past other dogs. He has a skin condition Needs vet attention. Not contagious. Definitely not food aggressive.
