��%90%BE Belgian Malinois Looking for�%A0His Forever Home ��%90%BE Meet Koda! Koda is a 2.5-year-old intact male Belgian Malinois who is currently being fostered and looking for the right home. He's an absolute sweetheart with a great personality, but like most Malinois, he is a high-energy dog who will need regular exercise, structure, and continued training. Over the past week in foster care, Koda has been a great house guest. He hasn't destroyed anything other than a few paper plates and occasionally getting ahold of my daughter's toys. He is eager to please and responds well to guidance. Koda has been around my young daughter and has shown ZERO aggression toward her. He is a huge puppy in a grown dog's body, so he has accidentally knocked her over a couple of times simply because he doesn't always realize his size. He is also new to being around cats. We've been working with him, and while he does get curious and fixated on them, it seems to be more out of curiosity than aggression. The funniest part is that when the cats hiss at him, he runs away! I believe he can do well around cats with continued exposure and proper introductions. Koda's previous owner loved him but had to surrender him due to undergoing back surgery and being unable to meet his exercise needs. Koda would thrive with an active owner or family familiar with working breeds. He is still young and may not fully settle down for another year or two, so please be prepared for the commitment that comes with a Belgian Malinois.
