About Charlie

Meet Charlie! Charlie is a 2-year-old, 28 pound, medium sized Mini Poodle mix looking for his forever home. Charlie was abandoned by his previous owner when they moved away. When he first came into my care, he was in rough shape, but with time, patience, grooming, and proper care, he has made tremendous progress. Despite everything he has been through, he remains an incredibly sweet and loving boy. He enjoys curling up beside you for pets and affection, but he also loves spending time playing in the yard. Charlie gets along well with other dogs and cats and has demonstrated excellent house manners while in foster care. Charlie is good with children; however, proper introductions are important because he can be shy and nervous when meeting new children. Once he feels comfortable, his loving personality shines through. Charlie is: -House trained, -Crate trained, -Good with dogs, -Good with cats -Good with children (with proper introductions) -Microchipped -Current on his rabies vaccination His rabies tag and microchip information will be provided to his adopters so they can register the microchip in their name. Charlie will be adopted with an adoption contract that requires: He be kept as an indoor companion dog, He receive routine veterinary care, He be returned to me if his adopters can no longer care for him and he be neutered within 60 days of adoption. Charlie would make a wonderful companion and addition to the right home. He is a truly special dog who deserves a family that will love him for the rest of his life.
