About Oscar

Hi, my name is Oscar, and I was born in December 2025. I was found as a single baby on the ASU campus and rescued by some nice ladies. I'm so happy to be rescued and be an indoor cat with pets, play, and wet food on demand! I am still really shy around new people/environments, but once I'm comfortable, I blossom into the sweetest, most playful purr machine you've ever met. I'm a bit of a velcro kitty; I snuggle in small doses but really want to just be in the same room as you (even the bathroom!) and to play with toys. I love to greet you at the door when you come home and flop down for some pets and purrs. When you wake up, I will happily climb on top of you to give you some love and licks. I love other cats (even if they don't love me at first) and would benefit from a playful kitty companion to chase and wrestle with. I haven't met any kids yet, so I'm not sure if I will like them. But once I feel safe, I'm pretty happy to play with anyone who offers a toy or a string! I like to play A LOT, and once I've had my fill, I'll find a nice comfy spot to snooze for a few hours. Won't you give me a chance to charm you?!
